- Refund: Refunds will be processed within 7-10 business days after the returned item is inspected.
Non-Returnable Items
- Customized or stitched fabrics.
- Accessories and shoes with signs of use.
- Items damaged due to improper handling by the customer.
Shipping Charges
If the return/replacement is due to our error (defective, damaged, or incorrect item), shipping charges will be covered by us.
For other cases, the customer may bear the return shipping cost.
