  • Replacement: A new product will be dispatched after we receive and verify the returned item.
  • Refund: Refunds will be processed within 7-10 business days after the returned item is inspected.

Non-Returnable Items

  • Customized or stitched fabrics.
  • Accessories and shoes with signs of use.
  • Items damaged due to improper handling by the customer.

Shipping Charges

If the return/replacement is due to our error (defective, damaged, or incorrect item), shipping charges will be covered by us.

For other cases, the customer may bear the return shipping cost.
